An elegant, transparent floral, jasmine note with a citrus freshness. In use, Hedione® develops a beautiful natural smoothness and radiance in a wide range of perfume types.
Usage: Hedione® is an indispensable material for the perfumer. Besides use in jasmine and its family of florals, it gives original effects in virtually all fragrance types. It is normally used at a concentration of between 2 and 15%, but can be used at levels of 35% and above.
Use Level: 0.5% – & up
It is considered the most famous compound that has undoubtedly had the greatest impact on modern perfumery, because it gives to compositions a delicate, fresh, soft, bright, warm and elegant character and blends well with all types of perfumes, from floral, woody and many others.
